Product Manager

• Collaborate with product designers, engineers and business stakeholders toward a cohesive product vision
• Craft product experiments with the engineering team to discover what end users really need
• Take ownership of the Product Discovery process to ensure a healthy Roadmap of opportunities
• Lead Solution Discovery sessions with engineers and designers.
• Coordinates release rollouts with end users and downstream systems
• Work in a cross-functional agile environment that values learning from production over internal guessing

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience in product management, preferably in consumer experience or healthcare
• Proven track record in high collaboration with Engineering
• Experience in product prioritization and Roadmap management
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis
• Experience with Continuous Discovery processes that integrate with agile engineering teams
